What would I make if I won this fabulous pan? I'd make reservations at the restaurant because it just too "pretty" to dirty up. :-)

You can reach me at eacesa(at)verizon(dot)net

Hey Ron!
How can I not enter - I'll take a free pan! I enjoy reading your blogs and I hope you enjoyed my brownies. You know where to find me - talk to Mike if we win. :)

Wow! Even your old pan looks better than 80% of my current cookware. I am now wise to the fact that I should only have cookware that will also do oven duty (handles, you know). So...I hope your scope for this giveaway includes your CANADIAN fans...we DO have ovens and could really use the prize...to prepare a lovely Indian-spiced braise for two, a recipe yet to be determined. I am at vivian22@telus.net

I have no nonstick cookware, and I am anxious to try Jacques Pepin's crusty chicken thighs with mushroom sauce. This pan would let me do that! Thanks for the opportunity.

I'm not sure what I'd make, maybe some rice pilaf or orzo with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes (2 of our favorite side dishes). This is exactly the type/size pan I've been looking for. Thanks!

Looks pretty enough to make caramel sauce in! I use to work pastry at Roy's Poipu Bar & Grill in Kauai, Hawaii and loved the caramel sauce we made there. SUPER important to have a good pan or the sauce could crystallize. Yum... think I should go to the store and get ready-- this pot is MINE!! Thanks! :)

Love the pan! I don't have a set, just a few gems. This would fit in nicely. I would probably make one of my family's favorites...irish oatmeal. Simple, delish!
